Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of http://localhost:3000 and any templates, UI components, and other digital products ("Products") offered by DeveloperMill. By creating an account, downloading, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

• You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Do not share sign-in details to give others access to downloads.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.

Prices are shown in USD at checkout and are one-time payments per Product and license type. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, and by paying you also agree to their terms.

After a successful payment, the Product is available immediately from your dashboard. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already completed.

When you buy or download a Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You do not buy ownership of the source code. The license type you choose determines how you may use it:

Personal license

• Use in 1 personal project
• Lifetime access to updates
• Email support
• Remove attribution

Commercial license

• Use in unlimited commercial projects
• Lifetime access to updates
• Priority email support
• Remove attribution
• Resell as part of your product

"Resell as part of your product" means you may sell an end product, such as a compiled app published to an app store or delivered to a client, that is built with the Product. It does not allow reselling the Product itself.

Under any license, you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code of a Product, whether modified or not.
• Publish a Product, or substantial parts of it, in a public repository, template marketplace, or UI kit.
• Use a Product to build a competing template, starter kit, or component library.
• Claim the Product as your own original work.
• Remove licensing notices where they are required.

Free Products may come with their own license, such as MIT, stated in the repository. Where they do, that license applies instead of this section.

Paid Products include access to future updates to that Product, such as upgrades for new Expo SDK versions, for as long as we continue to maintain it. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis and covers questions about the Product, not custom development work. We may retire a Product from sale; you keep access to the last version you were entitled to.

Refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. When a refund is issued, the license for that Product is revoked and you must stop using and delete the Product.

All Products, website content, logos, and designs remain the property of DeveloperMill or its licensors. Third-party open-source libraries included in Products are subject to their own licenses.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or bulk-downloading Products, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close your account and revoke licenses if you breach these Terms, especially by redistributing Products. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to ship high-quality code, but we do not warrant that Products are error-free, will meet your specific requirements, or will be approved by the Apple App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining the apps you build.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeveloperMill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the website or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
