DeveloperMill ("we", "us", "our") operates http://localhost:3000, a marketplace for Expo React Native templates and UI components. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the website you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
• GitHub profile details (name, email, avatar) if you sign in with GitHub.
• Email address you enter to receive free tools or downloads, such as the Privacy Pack.
• Messages you send us through email or support channels.

Purchase information

When you buy a product, we record the order, the products and license types purchased, the amount paid, and the transaction reference. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Download history for the products tied to your account.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, kept in server logs.
• Cookies needed for sign-in sessions and to remember preferences such as light or dark theme.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Process purchases, issue licenses, and deliver downloads and updates.
• Send transactional emails such as receipts, license keys, and product update notices.
• Respond to support requests and process refunds.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized redistribution of our products.
• Improve the website and our products.
• Send product news, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage.
• Payment processors to take payments and handle refunds.
• Hosting and email providers to serve the website and send emails.
• GitHub, if you choose to sign in with it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or DeveloperMill.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to store your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and purchasing will not work without them.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and license records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, even after an account is closed, so that your licenses stay valid. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

We use HTTPS throughout the site, hashed passwords, and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing.

Our service providers may store and process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for its protection.

The website is intended for developers and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
